A session works at a level thinking can't reach. Most people feel the shift within minutes — a physical settling, a quieting of the internal noise that's become so familiar you stopped noticing it.

How it works
Sound moves through the body before the mind has a chance to form an opinion. Different frequencies and intervals produce different responses — some quieten an overactive nervous system, some lift a flat one, some open up clarity and focus, some ease physical tension. A session is built around what you need, using the specific combinations that produce those results.

Sessions are delivered to your home. Being in your own environment isn't a compromise — for most people, it's where the deepest work happens. No transit. No readjustment. No disruption between the session and whatever comes next.
